The mayors, including St. Louis Mayor Francies Slay, met in Providence, R.I. last week, and selectesd six non-profit organizations to receive the grantstotaling $3.277 million to support and expand training programs in gree n jobs. St. Patrick Center’s Project GO! in partnership with Gateway Greening and the Nationalp Corn to Ethanol Research Centerat , Edwardsville, is a two-par program: • City Seeds Urbah Farm trains the agency’s homeless clients in greem horticulture, working with Gateway Greening in St. Louis.
