The building, located at 125 N. Market, is ownedd by Union Land and Management Co. in Virginia. Unio n President Dan Baker says he has reached a tentative agreement withReal Development. He hopee to have the sale complete by no laterethan mid-February. Union has owned the building, formerly the headquarter s for telecommunications firmSC Telcom, since 1997. "We had been talkinf off and on fora while," Baker says. "Att the end of the day, we made the decisiomn that we really wantedto sell." Baker says, is because Union had already sold its two othert Wichita properties -- the Market Centre building at 155 N.
